We are constantly making changes and improvements to vimigo. It is to make sure our software will always run smoothly and efficiently in order to improve your experiences. 

These changes and fixes have been recently rolled out to vimigo Dashboard.

• Based on demands and needs, we are introducing a new feature: Schedule Role Access (SRA) where you can now have a finer control on which user can manage and monitor vimiGoal settings.
  • There are 4 Role access-control described:
    1. Creator: The user who creates the settings. This user can manage changes of the setting and it cannot be changed
    2. Editor: Similar to Creator’s control, the user can create, edit and delete settings
    3. Approver: This user can approve, reject and edit goal items remarks
    4. Watcher: The user can only view settings

• We have also released 2 new vimiReport:
  • vimiBadge Reporting: You can now generate a report and review which employees have been awarded with badges and when was it awarded
  • vimiChallenge Reporting: In this report, you can find all type of challenges that you have organized and view how many employees have participated in

• In Manage Plan, you can now purchase an add-on for User Limit on top of your current user (active) limit 
  • Each user add-on will cost you RM500 for 50 active users and each purchase will be calculated prorated based on your current subscription plan’s period
